This website is run by Dealeredge F&I (“Dealeredge F&I”, “we”). By using it you agree to these terms. Our software and services are provided under a separate written agreement with each dealership; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

You may use this website to learn about us and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or anything harmful through the contact form;
• try to get into parts of it or of our systems that are not public, or get around its security;
• scrape it or load it in a way that could harm its operation;
• pretend to be someone else, or misstate your connection to a business.

The website describes our software and services. Prices shown are for information: what you pay is set by a written quote or agreement, and figures marked as placeholders are not offers. Features and prices can change. Nothing here is legal advice: we are a technology company, not a law firm.

The content, the design and the Dealeredge F&I name and marks belong to us. You may view and share pages for your own business use, but not copy, change or reuse them otherwise without our written permission.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim arising from the website is limited to one hundred US dollars.

You agree to defend and indemnify Dealeredge F&I against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them or the website will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
